Please check your junk folder for the email. - Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days. The wooden box can be personalised with 1 line of text up to 12 characters. The pen and pencil can be personalised with a name up to 12 characters long. The name entered will appear on both the pen and pencil. Please note, all text is case sensitive and will appear as entered. The case is made from beechwood. The pen writes in blue ink.
